С 10 июня 2009 года распоряжением КМУ №626-р Концерн \"Техвоенсервис\" реализует на открытых торгах военное имущество: автомобильную, специальную технику и металлолом от утилизацыи техники и боеприпасов МО Украины (Распоряжение КМУ от 6.08.08 р. №1092-р).Состояние имущества - морально и физически устарелое. Торги проводятся в рабочие дни с 9-00 до 17-00 в помещении Концерна по адресу: г. Киев, Дегтяревская 13/24, 3 этаж. Каждый учасник торгов платит взнос в суме 51,00 грн.(с НДС).
